For today’s prompt, tell us three things that you believe in your heart to be true. Tell us three things you believe in your heart to be false.
I believe in people.
I believe in every soul there is goodness. We are blinded by the true soul because walls of various heights are built around hearts. Unkind words, broken loves, unfairness are just a few reasons we may not see clearly when we look at another person.
I believe in my instincts.
I believe that for most of us, our inner instincts tell us the truth. Instincts can make us aware of a cheating spouse or boyfriend. We can sometimes be alerted to danger coming near us. Money is a great time to use our instincts. The problem is when we ignore them. Later, we can usually look back and say, if I would just have listened to my instincts.
I believe in God.
I believe in God because I have never found a human that has been as receiving as God is. God is forgiving. Friends and family may forgive in their own time, but God forgives immediately. I believe that when I can’t get myself out of a situation, God will lend his hand to me. I believe God will never give me more than I can handle and teaches me many times that I have more strength than I thought to survive this life.
Three things I do not believe in or believe to be false are;
I will not come back as a butterfly. I think and believe that once I am deceased I will remain to live with Jesus.
I don’t believe I can win at everything I try. God gave me my own talent and he gave you yours. I can not be good at all, but I can be good at one thing.
I don’t believe in Fairly Tales. I was read this when I was young. I thought I would grow up to be a beautiful princess, get married and live happily ever after.
Life is real. We make it what we want. We have to work hard for what we receive unless it is a gift from the heavens.
I have to be strong enough to lean on myself and not think that everyone will help me out due from my own foolish mistakes.
I believe life is fair and we have every opportunity just as others do. But the happy ever after, no I don’t believe in that. Why? Maybe because at age 59, I have not experienced a happy ever after in any situation, but have enjoyed many precious moments.
I believe in you!!
