What is the one word or phrase that immediately cheers you up when you hear it?
To pick up my phone and hear this one simple word is great. To pick up the phone and hear the voice of my child is fantastic.
As a mom of young or grown children there is nothing better, more special than to know your children are thinking of you and give you a call to just say hello. It brings me a smile every time. It turns my sad frown upside down.
It’s a great word, isn’t it, Terry? Oh by the way, HELLO!!!! Hugs, Cher xo

I tend to like any music I like. Not a style, just the song

Yes, you are right and you made me realize something. I do like the songs from the eighties, but I also like Roar by Kate Perry, and other newer songs. I guess I like what sounds good to my ears

My pleasure 🙂 Songs have a great way of bringing us back in time to the feelings and person we were when we listened to them.

yes they do, and we thought life was so difficult back then. I now look at the past and see how easy it was

My boyfriend always says “youth is wasted on the young”. Lol – as much as it is true in so many ways, the “hard time” we had at that time, was more than enough for us to handle in our limited wisdom and experience.
Man was life ever good at 13, though!

Yes, that was what I was talking about. No money worries, no children to care for. Care free to the winds. Those were the days; but without those days I would not be able to handle the grown-up problems of today, just like you. Hugs
