One is a lonely number
You ever met him before?
The man in the black hood

Who I am 
Remember “One” from 3-Dog Night…My teen years… and related to us havingthose lonely feelings…that should be happy… I imagine it was just the awkwardness in learning to cope in a grown-up world…
