I thought these Cinnamon Roll Bunnies were so cute…

with added chocolate chips or raisins for eyes and sliced almonds for teeth…

Cinnamon Roll Bunnies

Pillsbury® cinnamon rolls— a sweet breakfast treat!

prep time 15 min

total time 45 min

ingredients 4

servings 4

Ingredients

1- can (13 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated flaky cinnamon rolls with icing

8- semisweet chocolate chips

4- red baking chips or candy-coated chocolate candies

8- almond slices
Bake 21-15 minutes 350 degrees… or until golden brown…

These yeast rolls become Bunnies with a clip of your kitchen scissorsand a poke with a small round object…

The ears bake up to little points and the indentions become the eyes…

It wasn’t my birthday, but yet I felt like it was. My daughter and family decided to go to Nashville, TN and dine and invited me along. It was thrilling to get out of the house. For an entire evening I didn’t think of how sad I have been and being unemployed never entered my mind.

I was too taken in with the mountains and the traffic which is much more pronounced than here in Russellville. I don’t think I would care to live in a city of such magnitude, but I did have a small glimmer of hope I would see a country singer; but that part didn’t happen.

We enjoyed our wonderful dinner at The Cheesecake Factory.

I had this for my choice from the menu;

Sautéed Chicken Breasts Coated with Parmesan-Garlic Breadcrumbs and Herbs. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Vegetables.

It was a wonderful meal. The chicken seemed to melt in my mouth. Fresh, crisp green beans as if they had been picked straight from the garden. Mashed potatoes with perfect seasonings and the skins on.

Right next door is a mall that has the type of shopping I was sure I would see Kelly Pickler in. I took way too many photos but did save some to share with you. I will treasure these memories of my evening with family at The Cheesecake Factory and shopping.
