FIRST EASTER

FIRST EASTER

She stoops down and picks a flower

For me she wants to shower

A twinkle in her eyes

A smile so wide

She reaches down and touches the grass

She falls down on her on her___

A tear falls from her face

Then I pick up my pace

I grab her in my arms

And we walk back to the farm

My little bundle of joy

Holding her first Easter toy

Finding her first colored egg

For more candy she begs

Bunnies and chocolates so sweet

My little girl’s first Easter with  treats.
