Let’s pretend you are placed on a ten acre piece of land with a small cabin and you had to live there for a month. What would you do the first week?

Hopefully it would have a wood stove. If so I would make sure I have wood on hand or gather what I could find.. so that I could have heat and cook. Locate a spring and haul water.. Maybe the cabin is stocked with all of the necessary amenities that one would need..

I never thought of the wood and water. Glad you mentioned it. I would be upset when it got cold and I was thirsty

Open the door to my cabin and let my three dogs out to run wild – and I’d follow along at a much slower pace.
Many years ago I would have loved to live there but now my first question would be where is the nearest hospital?? 🙂

I would just relax, enjoy the solitude, enjoy the land around and just rest. THere is no need to do anything if I am only there for a month. I would take it as it is and rest!
