My best comfort food is a warm semolina pudding made with milk and once done you can sprinkle chocolate powder on it. My mum used to make it when we were ill or didn’t want to eat. I still can’t make it as nice as my mum always did though.
Semolina is the coarse, purified wheat middlings of durum wheat mainly used in making couscous, pasta, upma, and sweet puddings. You use semolina and cook it in milk, it really expands, you add sugar and ready it is. It is like a puree to eat, and you can add fruit, cocoa, or anything sweet you like.
Anything sweet which I shouldn’t have even dairy fee ice cream or dairy free candy or cookies
