Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Facebook
I can’t believe my ears. A group on Facebook that bashes parents kids. Can you believe it? People get on there and make fun of disabled kids, pre-mature babies, fat kids, or ugly kids.
In the first place babies are beautiful, not ugly. Disabled children are helpless and can’t fend for themselves.
What is wrong with Facebook? Why would they allow such terrible pages to be allowed? Are there no guidelines? Are adults so ignorant, yes I am using the word ignorant when a person thinks it is alright to say such terrible things, and from what the report says, respondents were answering with laughter, thinking this is funny.
This is a hard, cold and sometimes cruel world we live in today. It is hard to make friends, it is hard for young people to fit in. At that age kids need to know they are loved. What kind of adults will these children turn out to be?
All I can say is I am thankful I don’t know anyone personally who acts in this rude and crude way. They definitely would not be a friend or even casual acquaintance of mine.
Facebook, shame on you. I don’t have the link, I wanted nothing to do with it and wasn’t going to waste my time finding it.

Did you know that I absolutely love sitting around the campfires?
My favorite smells are wood and wet trees?
The worst smells are roses and rubber tires?
Do you know that I would rather clean my house at night over any day?
My favorite time to eat is somewhere between 10pm and midnight? It is a bad thing I fight nightly.
Do you realize that the best posts I write are done first thing in the morning when my brain can not think. Words just come out. Well this is according to likes and comments.
Did you know that I would love to go south where all the country singers hang? Or visit Virginia or live in TN?
Did you realize that I lived in Stuttgart Germany for one year?

Help Me Celebrate!
Today WordPress let me know that I have been with their company for one year. I didn’t actually make my first post until March 6th I believe, I was scared.
In one year I have made more friends than I ever dreamed I could. I have read wonderful and funny and sad stories. I have spoken to a few of my friends over the phone. I have sent and received gifts from bloggers.
One of the biggest days I will forever remember is the days before my brother’s birthday. I sent out an open invitation for you to send him a birthday card or well wishes. You did more than I even thought. Cards, and gifts, phone calls and even writing messages on the Facebook page I made him. I still have that page by the way and his birthday will be coming up in May so I will probably ask for your help once again.
He and I are only one year and a couple of weeks different in ages. His birthday is May 3 and mine is April 21.
I have been so blessed by all of you. I don’t know how I made it before coming to blogging world. It has helped me heal, see things in a different light. I have had helpful advice. Instead of googling something first off, I usually come here for advice first. You have laughed with me and cried and listened to my whining. You have lifted me from sorrow and helped me to cling to my faith.
In this one year I have these stats.
