In My Own Space

When we become Senior age
It really isn’t all the rage!
This moving thing sucked,for real
My body’s motions lost its wheel.
Every joint and muscle too
Is screaming, crying big boo-hoos.
The good thing that has come to bring
In a box laid my daddy’s ring.
Drawers and Spring cleaning done
Soon I will be playing in the sun.
But first I have to heal and rest
But looking ahead; I see my best.
